It’s the most wonderful time of the year! BOLD is back for the winter season and is sure to bring the holiday spirit to the City of Beverly Hills. The city will be celebrating with a number of festivities, including evening shopping, incredible food, live entertainment and much more – all in true Beverly Hills fashion, of course!
The BOLD celebration kicked off on November 15 with the highly anticipated Rodeo Drive Holiday Lighting Celebration from 5:00- 8:30 p.m. Beverly Hills came alive with spectacular luminous décor throughout the busy streets and shops. The event was hosted by television personality Dawn McCoy and entertainment included music from electro hip hop violinist and America’s Got Talent contestant, Svet, as well as a specially curated 20-piece #BOLDBH band which will be playing a mix of holiday classics and decades hits.
BOLD will also be welcoming back artist Alexa Meade, who left an impression on the Beverly Hills community when she displayed her three-dimensional art installations at the 2018 summer BOLD. She is known for her exceptional live painting and recently painted music superstar, Ariana Grande, for her latest music video, “God is a Woman.” Meade will be painting live models at her pop-up art exhibits at this year’s Holiday BOLD on November 30 and December 14.
Beverly Hills is known for its world- renowned restaurants and retailers. During this year’s Holiday BOLD, businesses and restaurants will stay open later on Friday’s and Saturday’s to allow more time for shopping, dining, and socializing. A number of restaurants will offer exquisite holiday themed menus, holiday promotions and more. For a list of participating restaurants and retailers, click here.
