Chamber members take a hands-on role in the formation of the Beverly Hills business district. Through coordinating events, connecting with the leaders of tomorrow, and networking with various organizations, our members work to shape the community at large. Committees have provided vital insight and management during their work with chamber staff, the Board of Directors, and membership businesses.
Government Affairs Committee (GAC)
Chair: Chris Bonbright, Avison Young
The GAC addresses issues that impact the business community and business climate including urban planning, transportation, development, zoning, taxes, and regulatory and operational concerns. The GAC provides a strong voice directed to all levels of government on behalf of businesses, and monitors legislation, taxation and regulatory issues to keep members informed.

Chamber Ambassadors are an extension of the Chamber staff whose responsibilities include welcoming new Members, strengthening relations with current Members, and helping Members to gain the most value from their Chamber membership. Volunteer responsibilities include providing support to monthly networking events and programs and they serve as the event committee for the Summer Garden Party – Member Appreciation and Board Installation Night.

The mission of the Women’s Business Network is to inspire and empower women in business to thrive while providing a platform for optimizing connections and relationships.
The WBN produces high quality networking opportunities, educational workshops, and events with a spirit of contributing to women’s collective success.
Time Commitment: We request our members do not miss more than three meetings a year.

FLAIR is the synergy of finance, law, accounting, insurance and real estate. This unique event allows members in corresponding professional fields networking opportunities. The committee helps plan FLAIR events by securing speakers and sponsorship for the quarterly mixers.
