Chamber members take a hands-on role in the formation of the Beverly Hills business district. Through coordinating events, connecting with the leaders of tomorrow, and networking with various organizations, our members work to shape the community at large. Committees have provided vital insight and management during their work with chamber staff, the Board of Directors, and membership businesses.
Government Affairs Committee (GAC)
Chair: Chris Bonbright, Avison Young
The GAC addresses issues that impact the business community and business climate including urban planning, transportation, development, zoning, taxes, and regulatory and operational concerns. The GAC provides a strong voice directed to all levels of government on behalf of businesses, and monitors legislation, taxation and regulatory issues to keep members informed.

The Membership Committee oversees the ambassador program, in which Chamber Ambassadors play a vital role welcoming new members and strengthening relations with Members as well as the larger Beverly Hills community. Chamber Ambassadors are an extension of the Chamber staff whose responsibilities include welcoming new Members, strengthening relations with current Members, and helping Members to gain the most value from their Chamber membership. Volunteer responsibilities include providing support to monthly networking events and programs and they serve as the event committee for the Summer Garden Party – Member Appreciation and Board Installation Night.

The WBN produces high quality networking opportunities, educational workshops, and events with a spirit of contributing to women’s collective success.
Time Commitment: We request our members do not miss more than three meetings a year.

In addition, the Collaborative includes interactive networking, exclusive behind the scenes interviews with best-in-class experts and brands, live Q&A chats, entertainment, an auction, prizes and much more.

Annually the Beverly Hills Chamber produces a high caliber speaker event featuring industry leaders who engage and inspire guests and the Beverly Hills community as they discuss their vision for the future. This hands-on event committee is responsible for speaker solicitation, vendor coordination, sponsorship cultivation and overall event production.
