Robert G. Hayman is an accomplished entrepreneur and chief executive with more than 20 years of experience leading global, vertically integrated companies and driving significant growth, innovation, and market expansion. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Perimetrics, Inc. and Vibe, Inc. Office Properties.
Previously, Hayman served as Chairman and CEO of Discus Holdings, where he transformed a $40,000 investment into a $170 million global company and established the business as a leading direct-sales manufacturer of professional dental products, with distribution across 17 countries.
Earlier in his career, Hayman held leadership and entrepreneurial roles spanning consumer products, fashion, fragrance, commercial real estate, and brand development, including senior positions with Giorgio Beverly Hills. He has also served on the boards of Evolus and Alphaeon, contributing expertise in corporate strategy, compensation, audit, capital markets, and executive leadership.
A longtime Beverly Hills community leader, Hayman has served on the boards of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce and Rodeo Drive Committee, as well as several charitable organizations focused on children and community development. He has also lectured on entrepreneurial studies at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
A Beverly Hills native and graduate of Beverly Hills High School, Hayman earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and studied psychology and French at Sorbonne University. Outside of business and community leadership, he enjoys family, fine arts, music, travel, wine, tennis, trail running, skiing, diving, and mountain biking.
