Pooja S. Nair is a business and real estate litigator who helps midsize companies resolve their highest-stakes disputes. As Partner and Chair of ECJ’s Food, Beverage, and Hospitality Department, she represents businesses across real estate, consumer products, and CPG in complex litigation, arbitration, and “bet-the-company” matters, along with sensitive internal investigations. Pooja is a graduate of Harvard Law School and UC San Diego. She writes a monthly real estate law column for the Beverly Hills Courier, and her commentary on legal issues has appeared in The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, Reuters, and Eater. A lifelong history buff, Pooja has appeared as a legal historian on the Travel Channel and has spoken extensively on Alexander Hamilton’s legal career.
