Doreen Lahav is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with over a decade of experience specializing in high-street luxury retail and mixed-use assets. As President of Lucere Management, she leads the oversight of a premier portfolio including several Rodeo Drive properties—iconic assets she has been intimately involved with for more than ten years through various senior leadership roles across the industry.
Doreen holds the prestigious designation of Certified Retail Real Estate Professional from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate. She currently serves on the board of the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce and previously held a board position with The Sisterhood Los Angeles, a nonprofit focused on empowering women through leadership and community engagement.
Prior to joining Lucere, Doreen held the title as Vice President of Property Management at Prism Places, a prestigious mixed-use developer and operator, where she oversaw operations for landmark properties including Santa Monica Place, Runway at Playa Vista, and Paseo Nuevo in Santa Barbara. She began her career in real estate working with major movie studios at Worthe Real Estate Group, gaining early exposure to high-profile commercial assets and complex operations.
