Patrick began his real estate career at 15 years old running blueprints for a developer in Pasadena.  Since graduating from LMU, he has worked in leasing, design & construction, property management, and acquisitions in a range of product types in diverse markets. He joined Tishman Speyer in 2009 and directs leasing responsibilities for Tishman Speyer’s Southern California properties including the Beverly Hills portfolio, Wilshire Courtyard, 555 Aviation, 10900 Wilshire, and the developments in Playa Vista.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce and the Westwood Business Improvement District, and is a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association.

WHAT IS THE FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR CURRENT JOB?

I would say that the projects are my favorite thing, but they would not be possible without the people that I work with every day.  From architects to engineers to asset managers, the quality and inquisitive nature of the individuals in our sphere inspires me and makes these remarkable developments possible.

WHERE ARE YOU FROM ORIGINALLY?

I grew up in Alhambra, CA.

First, Beverly Hills is home to the top entertainment and media companies in the world.  Second, Beverly Hills is synonymous with quality.

The more you engage and participate, the more benefits you will accrue.

WHEN YOU AREN’T WORKING FOR YOUR COMPANY OR THE CHAMBER, WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE PASTIMES?

I enjoy everything outdoors, including surfing, volleyball, and tennis.  Also, some of my college buddies and I have played in a band for several years which helps satisfy our creative appetites.
