The Stadium to the Sea 2012 Honda/LA Marathon takes course this Sunday, March 18th. Runners will conquer Mile 17 on famed Rodeo Drive. In efforts to prepare Beverly Hills businesses and residents, the following street closure and cheer zone information is listed below.

Road Closures 3:00 am – 5:00 pm
Closures will begin along the entire course prior to the race start, occurring on a rolling basis. All route roads will be closed by 6:00 am. The races begin at 7:00 am, and streets will reopen on a rolling basis shortly after the last participant has passed. Please review the course map for more information.

Beverly Hills Cheer Zone (Rodeo Drive and Dayton)
Come join in the fun from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and see your runner at this community Cheer Zone that will feature live music, food and beverage sampling, and product giveaways! Be sure not to miss out on the fun!

At the start of mile 18 near Little Santa Monica Blvd and Moreno Drive, Cheer Alley will boasts cheerleaders lining the streets to provide motivation and encouragement for all marathon runners!

The Chamber recently celebrated ribbon cutting ceremonies for Chamber member businesses The Art of Shaving and U-Sushi.

The Art of Shaving celebrated the grand opening of its flagship store in Beverly Hills. The ceremony was celebrated with Chamber Executive Director Alex Stettinski, Beverly Hills Mayor Barry Brucker, The Art of Shaving Manager Amber Loose and staff. The Art of Shaving is located at 9520 Brighton Way, Beverly Hills.
