In addition to her busy schedule, she is also the Chairman of the Chamber’s Asian Business Connection, which is the committee spearheading our Lunar New Year signature event happening this Friday, February 24th. What is it like being a successful small business owner on Restaurant Row?
It is an interesting position to be in. I am in the middle of the action of a place which is a world renowned cosmopolitan city, at the same time, a small village. All the leaders and decision makers come to my restaurant and share with me sometimes opposing opinion – it definitely broaden my prospective of life.
What can we look forward to for the Lunar New Year celebration this Friday?

Is Lunar New Year something you’ve always celebrated growing up?
Yes. It is the most important Holiday in China. It is like combining the celebration of Christmas, Hannukka, Thanksgiving, and New Year all together, the celebration usually last longer period than other holidays.
As the Chairman of the Asian Business Connection, why do you think it’s important to have a group that caters specifically to the Asian business community in Beverly Hills?
The Asian business connection does not just cater to the Asian Business Community. It brings together both the Asian and Beverly Hills business Community

What is your favorite item on Xi’an’s menu and why?
There are so many dishes on the menu I love. Depending on my mood and diet status. Power Zone Rice is always my go to dish if I want to eat healthy.
